By accessing or using the Bay Area Business Alliance website at www.bayareabusinessalliance.com, submitting a membership application, attending any BABA event, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bay Area Business Alliance ("BABA," "we," "us," or "our"), a networking organization based in Pleasant Hill, California.
2. Use of the Website

3. Membership
3.1 Eligibility Membership in Bay Area Business Alliance is open to professionals and business owners who wish to participate in our networking community. BABA reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.
3.2 Member Conduct Members are expected to engage with one another professionally, respectfully, and in good faith. BABA is built on trust and mutual support. Conduct that is discriminatory, harassing, dishonest, or otherwise harmful to the community may result in suspension or permanent removal from the organization without refund.
3.3 Membership Fees Membership fees, if applicable, are due as specified at the time of your application or renewal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by BABA.
3.4 Termination of Membership Either party may terminate membership at any time. BABA reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed inconsistent with the values and mission of the organization.
4. Events and RSVPs
4.1 Event Attendance By RSVPing to or attending any BABA event, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner. BABA reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.
4.2 Assumption of Risk Attendance at BABA events is voluntary. You acknowledge and accept that participation in in-person events carries inherent risks, and you agree to hold BABA, its organizers, members, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your attendance.
4.3 Photography and Recording BABA events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event organizer in advance.
5. Member Directory
If you are listed in the BABA member directory, you grant BABA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your name, business name, and professional information on our website for the purpose of facilitating networking among members. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. This listing will be removed upon termination of your membership.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and graphics — is the property of Bay Area Business Alliance or its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
7. Payments
Any payments made through this website (including membership dues or event fees) are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BABA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
